THE WAR OF ART, by Steven Pressfield, examines the forms of resistance faced by anyone trying to break through barriers to overcome fear, self-doubt, perfectionism and self-sabotage.
I created an abstract white painting to signify the years of unseen inner work on the path to being a creative of any kind. The resulting image was transformed into a new cover for the book.
